Eligibility:
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The rug or carpet must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days to initiate a return or exchange.
- Obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package the item, preferably in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and tags.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable method with tracking and insurance. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will assist you in selecting an alternative from our available inventory. Price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
